1. Digital Goods Policy
Due to the nature of digital goods (recharge codes, activation keys, accounts), all sales are final once the product has been delivered and revealed to the buyer.
2. Eligible Refunds
Refunds may be issued in the following cases:
- The delivered code is invalid or does not work as described
- The product was not delivered due to a system error
- Duplicate payment for the same order
3. Refund Process
To request a refund, contact us with your order number and a description of the issue. Refund requests must be submitted within 24 hours of purchase.
4. Non-Refundable
Refunds will not be issued for: codes that have been redeemed, buyer's remorse, or inability to use the code due to regional restrictions.
5. Processing Time
Approved refunds are processed within 3-5 business days via the original payment method.
